What packages do we offer? We offer the following packages:

Wedding Package
Birthday / Baby Shower
Brunch Package
– Optional Bagel Bar
Bridal Shower Package
– Optional Deconstructed Taco Bar

Base packages include:

Charcuterie items described and selected by you.
Personalized A-frame Announcement display sign
Disposable serving boats, cups or reusable wooden boards (must be returned before vender leaves event)
Utensils if needed
Personal Server for 3-5 hours
Mileage up to 20 miles travel to event one way
Matching décor for mobile bar. Vendor will contact to collect information on chosen colors and flowers.

Deposit Policy:

Each customer will be required to pay 50% of the overall fee at the time of the booking.
Remaining payment is required 48 hours in advance of your event.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Customers may cancel their booking, at which time they may request a refund based on the following schedule:
90-60 days in advance: Full refund
60-30 days in advance: 50% refund
30-15 days in advance: 25% refund
<=15 days in advance: No refund available

Available discounts:

1) Military:
Active-duty service members will receive a 10% discount. Must be bride or groom.
2) Cash Payments:
Cash or cash equivalents will receive a 5% discount.
Example: Total cost: $2,500
Deposit: $1,250
Discount: $125
Balance: $1,125

Additional Fees:

Ice: Each event will be charged an additional fee of $3.00 per bag of ice.
2 hour events will require 2 bags of ice
5 hour events will require 4 bags of ice

Mileage:

Simply Succulent Whatnots will travel up to 3 hours one way to your chosen venue. Milage fees apply for any venue further than 20 miles from our home base in Topeka, KS.
.75 per mile will be charged for every mile over 20. Full venue address is required at the time of booking your event.
